Collective Action Center’s Root & Rise is a 6-month fellowship for early-career leaders across the Asia-Pacific region who are working on climate, energy transition, civic engagement, and systems change.
The program is designed for people who want to learn how to navigate complexity, practice ethical leadership, and work collectively to transform systems.
Through mentorship, peer circles, and an applied systems-change project, fellows explore how leadership can be rooted in integrity, collaboration, and real-world conditions.
